Hi, I’m Summer

If you ask my friends and family, I’ve always been “the one you call” when you need someone to watch your dog. What started as the occasional favor quickly turned into a full-blown obsession—and at this point, I’m fairly certain the Summer Camp dogs are more excited to see me than their actual humans. No offense.

Somewhere along the way, I realized this wasn’t just something I was good at, it was something I genuinely love. I’ve always been fascinated by how quickly dogs settle in when they feel safe, comfortable, and cared for. That’s the kind of environment I’ve created at Summer Camp: calm, welcoming, and full of attention, with plenty of room for every dog to be exactly who they are.

I’m trained in canine first aid, so your dog isn’t just getting lots of love and attention, they’re also in safe, capable hands. I’m attentive, patient, and probably a little overly invested in making sure every dog feels right at home.

Because I know how hard it can be to leave your dog behind, I want you to feel just as comfortable as they do. You’ll get regular updates, plenty of photos, and the peace of mind that comes with knowing your dog is being cared for like one of my own.

When your dog stays with me, they get the best of both worlds: all the comforts of home, plus a dedicated human who is very happy to spoil them while you’re away.
